Ensure Forgiveness for Your PPP Loan
Legislation was just introduced that would significantly streamline the forgiveness process for loans made through the SBA’s PPP Small Business Forgiveness Act. This Senate bill would allow PPP loans of $150,000 or less to be forgiven if the borrower completes a mere one-page forgiveness attestation.
